• For the best results, you must have had a professional cleaning within the last 6 months prior to whitening.
• After whitening, avoid foods and drinks that would stain a white shirt for at least 24–48 hours while your enamel is more porous.

Avoid:

• Coffee, tea, red wine, sodas
• Dark sauces (soy sauce, tomato sauce, curry)
• Berries and colored fruit juices
• Chocolate or colored candy
• Tobacco products

Stick to:

• Water, milk, white meats, rice, pasta, eggs, and potatoes
• Clear beverages and light-colored foods

2. Custom Take-Home Whitening Trays

Prefer to whiten gradually from home? Our custom whitening trays make it easy and convenient.

• We take impressions of your upper and lower teeth to create trays that fit perfectly.
• You’ll receive 6 syringes of professional-strength whitening gel:
  • 35% gel for faster results
  • 22% gel for those with sensitivity
• Wear the trays for about 30 minutes per day until you reach your desired shade.
• Once your teeth are brightened, use your trays for occasional touch-ups to maintain your results.

This option is ideal for patients who prefer more control over whitening and want to maintain results at home.
