FAQs

What if I’m out-of-network?

We can still see you! Many PPO plans allow you to visit out-of-network providers with little or no difference in coverage. Our team can help you understand your benefits and expected costs before treatment.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

• Medicare: We do not participate directly, but some Medicare Advantage plans with dental benefits may cover care at our office. Call us to check your plan.
• Medicaid: At this time, we are not a Medicaid provider.

How are insurance claims handled?

We will file your dental insurance claims for you, whether you are in-network or out-of-network.

It is the patient’s responsibility to understand their individual plan benefits.

Before treatment, we will review an estimated treatment plan that outlines expected insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. Co-pays are due at the time of service.

After your claim is processed, if your insurance pays differently than estimated, we will:

• Send a statement if there is a remaining balance, or
• Apply a credit/reimbursement to your account if there is an overpayment.
