What to Expect

At your first appointment, you’ll:

1. Meet with one of our hygienists for routine care
2. Have an exam with Dr. Hill or Dr. Fuqua
3. Receive a treatment plan — usually the same day

Note: If your medical history or treatment needs are more complex, a second appointment may be scheduled.

Coming for a Specific Concern?

If your first visit is for a particular issue (such as a toothache or broken tooth), treatment is often provided the same day. If the situation requires a specialist, we’ll discuss the best next steps with you.

How to Prepare

Please bring:

• 📂 Recent dental x-rays (or have your previous dentist email them to us at [email protected])
• 💊 A list of medications you currently take
• Your dental insurance card and completed forms, if applicable

X-Rays

• If you already have x-rays, please ask your previous dentist to forward them to our office by email.
• If they can’t be emailed in time, pick them up and bring them with you.
• If new images are needed, we can take them during your visit.

Important Notes

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• ❤️ Please alert us before your visit if you have medical conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or joint replacements) or if you are taking medications like aspirin, heart medications, or blood thinners.
